1. Who is responsible
The controller for this website (nullstrata.space) is Bradati guru, sole proprietorship (obrt), Čakovec, Croatia, VAT ID HR80195519555. Contact: support@nullstrata.space.
This notice covers the website itself. Your hosting account, orders, invoices and payments are handled by ResellersPanel, whose Privacy Policy applies to that processing.
2. When you place an order
What: the details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone, address, country, optional company name and VAT number, the account username and password you choose, and your order (products, domain, period, options).
Why: to create your order and account (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
Who receives it: the details are sent straight from our server to ResellersPanel over an encrypted connection, so they can set up the service and bill you. Domain registrations also go to the relevant registry and registrar, as required for any domain. You then pay on the payment page of PayPal or Stripe; we never see your card or PayPal details.
How long: this website does not keep a copy. The form is only held in your browser session until the order is submitted, so you don't have to retype it after an error.
3. Domain searches and email
Domain names you search for are checked through the ResellersPanel API. If you email us, we use your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)) and keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request.
4. Visitor statistics (no cookies)
We count visits with our own analytics, hosted on this server: no third party, no cookies, no advertising or cross-site tracking. For each page view we record the time, the page, the referring website's domain name, whether the device is mobile or desktop, and funnel steps such as “searched for a domain” or “started checkout”.
To count unique visitors, your IP address and browser identifier are combined with a random value that changes every day and turned into a short one-way code. The IP address itself is never stored, and codes from different days cannot be linked. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which pages help visitors (Art. 6(1)(f)). Statistics are deleted after 13 months.

These are strictly necessary or store a choice you made yourself, so no consent banner is needed. There are no marketing or third-party cookies.
6. Server logs and security
Like any website, our web host records technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting, kept for a short period. To stop abuse, we briefly keep a one-way hash of your IP address to limit repeated requests, for example many domain searches per minute. These entries expire within minutes. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Most account details you can also change yourself in the control panel. Write to support@nullstrata.space; we answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr, or the authority in the EU country where you live.
8. Changes
If we change how the website handles data, we update this page and the date above.
