Which plan should I start with?

Most single-site owners do well on the entry hosting plan. Use the plan finder: tell it how many websites and mailboxes you need and it highlights the cheapest plan that fits. You can upgrade later.

Can I bring my existing domain?

Yes. Choose “Transfer” and enter the EPP/authorization code from your current registrar, or choose “I own one” and just point the domain to us.

Can I host Node.js apps?

Yes, Node.js, Redis, Memcached, Varnish and PostgreSQL are available on our hosting platform. See Node.js hosting.

How do payments work?

Checkout sends you to PayPal or the card processor’s secure page. Prices are shown in your currency; VAT is added where the law requires it.

Where is my data stored?

In the data center you choose at checkout, currently Chicago, Coventry, Sydney, Pori, Sofia. See all locations.

Will the price go up when I renew?

No. We don’t run first-year discounts on hosting. The price on our plans is the regular price, and renewals are billed at the plan’s regular price, the one shown here. One thing to know: a free domain included with a plan is free for the first year, then renews at the regular domain price. See how other hosts compare.

What if I change my mind?

Hosting plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable. Details in our refund policy.
