Straight answers to what people ask most.

Will the price go up when I renew?

No. We don’t run first-year discounts on hosting. The price on our plans is the regular price, and renewals are billed at the plan’s regular price, the one shown here. One thing to know: a free domain included with a plan is free for the first year, then renews at the regular domain price. See how other hosts compare.

What does “Unlimited” disk space mean?

Disk space and traffic aren’t metered, but every plan has fair, published limits: number of files, CPU share, databases and mail storage. They are on each plan card and in the full spec table.

Why isn’t there cPanel?

Our hosting runs on Hepsia, a control panel built in-house by our platform. Sites, email, domains, DNS and billing live in one panel, and there’s no per-account cPanel licence fee pushing prices up every year. Need cPanel? It’s available on our VPS servers.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Hosting plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals and upgrades are not refundable. Details in the refund policy.

Why might my first order be verified?

New orders pass a short fraud check before activation. Sometimes we ask you to confirm your details by email or phone. It protects you and every other customer on the platform. See the order verification policy.

Can I move my domain elsewhere later?

Yes, it’s your domain. Request the transfer (EPP) code from your control panel or from support.

What if my site outgrows its plan?

Upgrade to a bigger plan, semi-dedicated or a VPS. If a site keeps hitting its CPU limit, support will tell you which step makes sense.
